Kennadie Thredgold
Assistant Director & Competition Instructor
Kennadie Thredgold is a 24-year-old dance artist, educator, and choreographer with over 20 years of experience in the field. With 21 years of training and 9 years of teaching, her career has flourished throughout Northern Utah, where she has built a strong reputation as both a performer and mentor.
In 2024, Kennadie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dance Education from Weber State University, where she was awarded a full-tuition dance scholarship. During her time at Weber State, she actively contributed to the university’s dance community—working as a Marketing Student Worker and serving as the Student Lead for the National Honor Society for Dance Arts. She performed in Orchesis Dance concerts each semester from 2018 to 2024 and represented the university at the American College Dance Association (ACDA) in 2018, 2022, and 2024.
Kennadie’s dance training began at Dance Impressions (2003–2011) and continued at Lightbox (2011–2018), where she studied under esteemed instructors including Matthew Peacock, Alan Salazar, Liz Martineau, Kylie Bronk, and Jason Celaya. Her diverse training shaped her into a versatile and expressive artist.
As a teacher and choreographer, Kennadie has created numerous award-winning routines since 2016, earning recognition at competitions such as Revive, Adrenaline, Motion Tour, Relevé, and Gravit8. In addition to studio work, she has choreographed for Clearfield High, Viewmont High, Farmington High, Centennial Jr. High, and participated in several high school dance festivals. She has also served as a respected judge for competitions throughout Northern Utah for the past five years.
Kennadie’s passion for dance shines through in all she does. Whether performing, choreographing, or teaching, she is dedicated to empowering young dancers and contributing meaningfully to the dance community.

Sailor Cooper
Sailor is a passionate dance instructor and choreographer with five years of experience working with competitive teams. She graduated from Utah State University in 2022 with a degree in Health Education and a minor in Mental Health and Human Development. Her dance training includes Dance Impressions (2003–2011), Lightbox (2011–2015), Viewmont Drill Team (2015–2018, Drill President), and the USU Dance Company (2018–2020).
In addition to her work in dance, Sailor is a certified intuitive eating counselor, supporting dancers in both their physical training and mental well-being.

Kaybree Starnes
Kaybree is a 19-year-old dancer and instructor with over 7 years of dance experience and 3 years of teaching under her belt.
She has trained and competed in a variety of styles, earning top overall placements in both solo and group routines. During her sophomore year, she danced with the Davis High D’Ettes, helping the team secure 2nd place at Regionals and 3rd at State.
Now graduated, Kaybree is focused on continuing her dance journey as a dedicated instructor, with a passion for inspiring the next generation of dancers.

Kate Hansen
Acro/Tumbling & Rec Instructor
Kate has been teaching acro and tumbling for 4 years, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to every class. With a strong background in both dance and gymnastics, Kate expertly combines these disciplines to help students excel. Known for her supportive and patient teaching style, she creates a positive learning environment where students can safely push their boundaries and achieve new skills. Kate is dedicated to fostering a love for this art form and building confidence in each student, whether they are just starting out or honing advanced techniques.
