Kennadie Thredgold

Assistant Director & Competition Instructor

Kennadie is a 24-year-old dance artist with over two decades of experience in the field. She has been dancing for 21 years and teaching for 8 years. Her career as a dancer, performer, choreographer, and educator has flourished throughout Northern Utah. She received a bachelor's degree in Dance Education at Weber State University in 2024, supported by a waived tuition dance scholarship. Within the Weber State Dance Program, Kennadie holds multiple roles, including Marketing Student Worker and Student Lead for the National Honors Society of Dance Arts.
Kennadie received her dance training from Dance Impressions (2003-2011) and Lightbox (2011-2018), under the mentorship of esteemed dance artists such as Matthew Peacock, Alan Salazar, Liz Martineau, Kylie Bronk, and Jason Celaya. Her professional dance career includes numerous performance opportunities, such as participating in Weber State's "Orchesis" since 2018 and performing at "Sphere: Phase One," a collaboration featuring various professional dance companies. She also showcased her talent at the American College Dance Association at the University of Utah in 2018.
As an instructor, Kennadie has choreographed numerous award-winning competition routines since 2016. Her works have garnered accolades at prestigious events like Revive and Adrenaline Dance Conventions, Releve, Bold, and Starstruck Competition. One of her standout pieces, "In a Year," choreographed by Brayden Singley, received the Heart Stopper Award for the highest scoring group routine at Adrenaline Dance Convention. In addition to teaching at dance studios, Kennadie has also instructed jazz technique classes at Clearfield High School and participated in high school festivals.
Kennadie also brings her expertise to the judging panel at dance competitions in northern Utah throughout the past 4 years. She has judged for Bold Dance Competitions & Aspire Dance Pro.

Kennadie’s passion for dance is evident in every step of her journey. Her experiences as a performer and educator have enriched the dance community, and she looks forward to many more years of teaching and inspiring dancers.

Sailor Lane

​Sailor graduated May 2022 from Utah State University with a major in health education and a minor in mental health and human development. She danced at Dance Impressions (2003-2011), Lightbox (2011-2015), Viewmont Drill Team (2015-2018), and USU Dance Company (2018-2020).

During her time at Viewmont, she was the drill president and dance company member/choreographer.

She has been a competition teacher and choreographer for 4 years. 

Besides her passion of dance, she is also an intuitive eating counselor.

Kaybree Starnes

Kaybree is a 18 year old dancer and instructor. She’s been dancing for 7 years and has been teaching dance for 2 years. Within her years of dancing competitively, she has placed in the overalls in many of her solo and group routines. 

Her sophomore year of high school she was a Davis High D’ette where they took 2nd in Regionals and 3rd in State. 

She is currently in her senior year of highschool and is wanting to continue teaching dance for many years in the future.

Kate Hansen

Acro & Tumbling Instructor

Kate has been teaching acro and tumbling for 4 years, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to every class. With a strong background in both dance and gymnastics, Kate expertly combines these disciplines to help students excel. Known for her supportive and patient teaching style, she create a positive learning environment where students can safely push their boundaries and achieve new skills. Kate is dedicated to fostering a love for this art form and building confidence in each student, whether they are just starting out or honing advanced techniques.
