Rene' DeCaria, bringing years of dance and competition experience. Dance has been part of Rene’s life for the past 29 years with 17 of those years as a dance instructor. She has performed at NFL and NBA games, pro bowl in Hawaii and on cruise ships around the world. Throughout her dancing career she is exceptionally experienced in the competition industry and is known through the state for her choreography and talented solo routines for many competitive dancers.
She danced through high school, attended dance conventions, and decided to take it one step further. Ultimately, leading to years as a successful instructor to hundreds of dancers. Rene' is talented, and has a special ability to connect with her dancers. She works hard to bring the best out in them, even when they do not see it in themselves. She prides herself in creating a fun environment while developing dance skills and building confidence through hard work, patience, and dedication. Her proudest moments have resulted in many of her solos awarded
OVER-ALL High Point, and top placements in their divisions. Rene' has spent countless private hours making dancers goals become reality under her instruction, making Drill Teams, Cheer Teams, and ODT's Thriller productions all over the State.
Kennadie is a 22 year old dance artist, currently residing in Farmington, Utah. As a dancer, performer, choreographer, and educator, her career has spanned throughout Northern Utah.
She is currently earning her bachelor's degree in Dance Education at Weber State University. She will graduate in 2024. Kennadie has many roles as a Weber State Dance Program student. She is the marketing student worker and the student lead for the National Honors Society of Dance Arts.
She received her dance training from Dance Impressions (2003-2011) and Lightbox (2011-2017). She has learned from noted dance artists such as Matthew Peacock, Alan Salazar, Liz Martineau, and Kylie Bronk, etc.
Kennadie's had many performance opportunities in her dance career. She has performed for Weber State's dance program's show (for spring and fall) called "Orchesis" since 2017. With Weber State's Moving Company she got the opportunity to perform at "Sphere: Phase One" a collaboration featuring different dance companies in 2019. She also performed at ACDA in 2018.
In her earlier years her studio, Lightbox, had the opportunity to perform in Odyssey Dance Theatre's "Thriller" as zombies in 2016 and 2017. Along with competing at multiple locations, across the northern United States throughout her younger years with studios.
She has choreographed many competition routines for Lightbox and The LAB Dance Studio since 2016.
Her competition routines (groups and solos) have won many awards at many competitions. Including Revive and Adrenaline Dance Conventions, Releve, Bold, and Starstruck Dance Competitions. One of her favorite pieces she cleaned at Lightbox, "In a Year" choreographed by Braiden Singley, won the Heart Stopper Award (highest scoring group routine of the entire competition) at Adrenaline Dance Convention.
Along with teaching at these Studios she has also taught at high schools and high school festivals. Kennadie has taught 2 jazz technique classes at Clearfield High School in 2019 and 2020. She has also taught a jazz technique class to 40 high school students from around Utah at NUHD in 2022 and taught 30 jr high students at Jr High Day of Dance in 2023.
Kennadie has judged for 2 dance competitions and wants to continue with this passion. She judged for Aspire Dance Pro twice at Orem High School in 2021 and once at Weber State in 2023. She also judged for Bold Dance Competitions in 2021.
Emma has been dancing for over 14 years, with the bulk of her training at Creative Arts Academy on their Touring Company. She is trained in multiple styles, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, musical theater, tap, ballroom, and tumbling. Emma was a key dancer on Creative Arts Academy’s Touring Team that won a spot in the Top 5 Studio of the Year Competition at the Dance Awards Nationals in Las Vegas. In 2020, Emma performed the lead (Aurora) in Creative Arts Academy’s full-length production ballet of Sleeping Beauty.
Emma is currently a senior and captain on the Layton High Drill Team, which took fourth in state in 2022. She also was an All-State winner as a junior.
In competitive dance, Emma has placed in the Top 20 twice nationally in the Best Dancer Competition at the Dance Awards, as well as earning multiple scholarships at competitions such as 24Seven, JUMP, NUVO, Adrenaline, and Hollywood Vibe. She won 1st place Contemporary Solo at YAGP SLC, 1st place Contemporary Solo at the American Ballet Competition, 5th place Mini Solo at the Dance Awards Nationals, and 1st place in Utah’s PTA Reflections contest for dance choreography.
Emma has danced with some of the top professional dancers in the nation and has been invited to attend some of the most prestigious summer intensive camps, such as Alonzo King LINES ballet in San Francisco, Ballet West’s SLC Summer Intensive, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, and Stacey Tookey’s Camp Protégé in Canada, which she attended twice.
Emma has also modeled for Second Skin Dancewear, Five Dancewear, Forever Young Shoes, and Justice Clothing.
Sailor graduated May 2022 from Utah State University with a major in health education and minors in mental health and human development. She danced at Dance Impressions (2003-2011), Lightbox (2011-2015), Viewmont Drill Team (2015-2018), and USU Dance Company (2018-2020).
During her time at Viewmont, she was the drill president and dance company member/choreographer.
She has been a competition teacher and choreographer for 4 years.
Besides her passion of dance, she is also an intuitive eating counselor.
