Sailor Cooper
Sailor is a passionate dance instructor and choreographer with five years of experience working with competitive teams. She graduated from Utah State University in 2022 with a degree in Health Education and a minor in Mental Health and Human Development. Her dance training includes Dance Impressions (2003–2011), Lightbox (2011–2015), Viewmont Drill Team (2015–2018, Drill President), and the USU Dance Company (2018–2020).
In addition to her work in dance, Sailor is a certified intuitive eating counselor, supporting dancers in both their physical training and mental well-being.

Kaybree Starnes
Kaybree is a dedicated instructor with over seven years of training and three years of teaching experience. She has trained and competed in a wide variety of styles, earning top overall placements in both solo and group routines. During her sophomore year, she danced with the Davis High D’Ettes, helping the team secure 2nd place at Regionals and 3rd at State.
Since beginning her choreography career, Kaybree’s group and solo routines have earned multiple Best Choreography awards, Highest Score of the Competition awards, Best Emotion, and numerous Overall Division titles. She is especially known for her powerful and emotionally driven lyrical pieces, though her versatility shines across all styles she teaches and performs.
Now graduated, Kaybree is focused on continuing her dance journey as a passionate instructor and choreographer. She strives to inspire the next generation of dancers through meaningful movement, technical growth, and creative expression.
Competition Instructor

Kate Hansen
Acro/Tumbling & Rec Instructor
Kate has been teaching acro and tumbling for 4 years, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to every class. With a strong background in both dance and gymnastics, Kate expertly combines these disciplines to help students excel. Known for her supportive and patient teaching style, she creates a positive learning environment where students can safely push their boundaries and achieve new skills. Kate is dedicated to fostering a love for this art form and building confidence in each student, whether they are just starting out or honing advanced techniques.

Sariah Woodward
Sariah has trained in dance for fifteen years and has four years of teaching experience. She trained and competed with Movement Dance Studio, gaining experience in all dance styles. She served as Drill President at Northridge highschool her senior year, earned a varsity letter in drill, and received All-Region Excellency Awards at the region drill competition. She assisted the dance company coach at Northridge by creating choreography, leading classes, and taking over all classes during the coach’s absences.
Sariah has experience teaching all styles and specializes in jazz, contemporary, and lyrical, with contemporary being her preferred style to teach and perform. She has taught at Movement Dance Center and also has experience instructing aerial hoop. She continues to refine her skills as a dancer and instructor and is committed to helping students of all ages grow in technique, artistry, and performance.
