Our Programs

At The LAB, we want everyone to feel invited and welcome to be a part of dance! Whether you choose to be a part of our Premier Teams enjoy the thrill of dancing competitively on one of our Company Teams or you simply just want to take great REC classes, you are sure to have an incredible experience.

Auditions for our Company Teams are held each year in the Spring and we get to work quickly focusing on teamwork, discipline, integrity, responsibility, friendship and of course, DANCE!

Competitive

COMPANY TEAMS

Our Company teams are for intermediate to advanced dancers and requires a tryout. Ages 3-18 are welcome. These teams attend 4-6 competitions each year as well as perform at our end-of-year Recital! Some teams attend 1-2 conventions as well.

PREMIER TEAMS

Our Premier Teams are for beginning to intermediate dancers. Ages 3-18 are all welcome! Registration is open all year. These teams attend 3-4 competitions each year as well as perform at our end-of-year Recital!

Non-Competitive

We have a variety of FUN classes in Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Tumbling and Hip- Hop. Classes are available for ages 3-18 of any level. We are sure you will find something to fit your students wants and needs. These teams perform in our end of year recital as well.
